Words That Really Matter

"But do not forget to do good and to share, for with such sacrifices, God is well pleased." Heb. 13:16
We are doing weekly Bible memory verses with the kids. I can't tell you how sweet it is to hear them recite God's own words. Last week we worked on Matt. 6:33. By Tuesday, they had it memorized. S.R. would recite it and leave out the "Matthew" part and just finish with "Six-Furty-Free." So precious.
I hope this week's verse will help get your week started out right.
Here are a few links to some coloring pages if you want to share this verse with your little ones:

Happy Lord's Day!

I love that you do this with your children. I keep thinking we will do this and now you have motivated me! How do you chose your verse!

@Lisa Mende DesignI'm so glad that you are motivated to do this!! I started keeping a list of verses that I hear during sermons that really speak to me. Means a little more that way. I also found that if you have a few memory verses that have songs associated with them, they are more fun to remember. Good luck choosing your verses!!
